Version 0.3.7: fixes for your own radio

The program connects the radio even when the settings still hold another radio's protocol, unkeys it when a session is stopped, and no longer asks about the microphone without a reason.

A short update after the first feedback. It installs by itself where automatic updates are on; everyone else gets a window with the offer.

Your own radio. When the settings still hold the protocol or speed of another radio, the program now tries the rest and connects the one that is really on the port. In the settings, changing the port resets the protocol to "auto", and a typed model name picks it by itself.
Transmitting. Stopping a session in the middle of a transmission unkeys the radio.
Microphone. The microphone permission is asked for only when recording with a voice commentary, not when the receiver screen opens.
Satellites. When the orbit data fails to load, the retry comes after five minutes instead of an hour.
