Version 0.3.9: the default receiver must not be the only one

This evening the Swedish KiwiSDR every fresh install starts on went off the air, and the Listen button of newcomers ran into it. Now, on "no answer", "full" or a dropped connection, the program switches within a second or two to the nearest receiver that has the frequency and shows where it went. The update installs by itself.
