Version 0.4.0: free automatic uploads and the way to phone control

• Automatic uploads for everyone. QRZ Logbook, Club Log, eQSL and LoTW get every contact right after it is logged; Plus is no longer needed for that.
• A window after an update. The program updates and restarts by itself; now it says afterwards which version it has become and what is new.
• The Remote tab. The pairing code and QR code for the phone app. The Android app itself is in testing and will appear in one of the next updates; the code is permanent and will work when it ships.
• The texts in the Plus window and the cloud section are rewritten plainly; the cloud in the logbook is an icon now, the details on hover.

It installs by itself where automatic updates are on.
