Version 0.4.8: the interface freeze is fixed

The program is updated to version 0.4.8. What we fixed:

• The interface no longer freezes while receiving: a status update took seconds to process, now it takes milliseconds.
• The receiver list opens and closes at once, and a receiver is picked with the first click.
• The processor load while receiving is several times lower, so a laptop runs cooler.

The update installs by itself for everyone who has automatic updates on.
