Version 0.2.1: the program updates itself
From 0.2.1 on, ShackDeck finds a new version by itself, downloads it from shackdeck.com, checks its signature and installs it without questions. Download 0.2.1 by hand once; after that there is nothing to do.
Version 0.2.1 is out, and the one thing that matters in it: you will not have to update the program again. At start and then every six hours ShackDeck asks the site whether a newer version exists. If it does, the program downloads it, checks the signature (the package is signed with the developer's key, so it cannot be swapped on the way), installs it and restarts. On a Mac that takes half a minute; on Windows the installer window flashes for a second without a single question. During an audio or video recording the program does not restart: it waits until you finish.
If you prefer to decide yourself, untick "Update automatically" in Settings: the program will then only report a new version and ask whether to install it. The "Check for updates" button is there too.
Versions 0.2.0 and older cannot update themselves yet, so 0.2.1 has to be downloaded and installed by hand once: on a Mac replace the program in Applications, on Windows run the installer over the old one. That is the last time.
